I picked up my Meta Quest 3 headset after about 2 months , and when i turned it on i was presented with "Corrupt files.. " error and I performed a factory reset on the MQ3. After it was complete, i followed the update & setup steps (connected to same wifi as meta app) and was presented with the Sync code for the app.
Once i go into the app, and select headsets -- it shows me the last sync of my MQ3 ( 2 months ago) it is not auto discovering the new headset. I am unable to press the 'headset' button in the app and when i go to the "Pair a new headset" screen , the "Allow Permissions" section , after i press Continue, does nothing -- It shows me 3 sections "Allow Permissions" "Meta Quest 3S" (which i do not have , it is also unavailable to choose) and "Not Now" (which will take me to the previous screen.
Also, when i am at the Main Screen of the App the "headset settings" option under "manage your device" is greyed and unselectable--
HOW DO I REMOVE THIS MQ3 FROM MY META ACCOUNT , SO THAT I CAN READD IT WITH THE NEW CODE PRESENTED TO ME WITHIN THE HEADSET???
IF I AM FORCED TO CREATE A NEW META ACCOUNT, HOW DO I RECOVER ALL OF MY REDEEMED AND PURCHASED APPS & GAMES??
