Hey Zumodenaranja, welcome to the forums!
When you need to reset your pattern, you'll need to do the following:
To remove your unlock pattern using the Oculus mobile app:
Alternatively, you can factory reset your headset which will remove the unlock pattern. There's all kinds of info you can find on this here if you need it.

having the same problem then when I go to the mobile app it says I need to put my pattern in to connect to my headset, I'm connected to it threw Bluetooth but it wont let me connect without putting the pattern in first, but yet I put my patter in that I know is right and it says "something went wrong, try again", no clue what to do

The app does not have a way to remove unlock pattern with a pin. This is bad advice. Following the steps it only says reset pattern, but you need the pattern.

Is there a way to remove the unlock pattern without doing a factory reset?

Hey there, @MBear04! We noticed that you are reaching out because you are wanting to know if you are able to remove your unlock pattern without doing a factory reset. We get how important this information is to you and we'd love to answer any questions you may have! If you've forgotten your headset's unlock pattern, you'll need to factory reset your headset. However, if you are just needing to reset or remove your unlock pattern and you remember the current unlock pattern, you are able to do so without performing a factory reset.
Just in case you do need to perform a factory reset:
We hope this helps! Feel free to reach back out to us if you happen to have any further questions or concerns as we are always happy to help!

You have to be kidding! We have tp start all over for a pattern? Did you even warn how critical this was?! This is garbage, what is so important to destroy all our work for a pattern?! Outrageous, seriously, wtf

Meta. This sucks I have to go through a whole process that could DAMAGE it for a pattern? This is stupid please work on it?!??

i do this, but it only brings me to reset, or power off. no factory reset! this is really stupid.

Hi @apolloisvibing! Thanks for letting us know you don't see an option to factory reset. We certainly understand the concerns that arise when we're not finding what we should, and we're happy to help!
To start off, we want to confirm you are turning the headset completely off, as opposed to in a sleep state. Be sure to turn your Meta Quest headset off by holding down the power button for at least three seconds. Wait for the indicator light to turn off, and you will hear the power-down chime.
After that chime, you should be able to hold the power and volume (-) buttons on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset with the option to select Factory Reset.
