My wife bought me a quest 2 14th may for my birthday 22nd July, when she bought it it stated that it came with 2 games golf+ and space pirates. There was no time limit stated when purchased. It was set up 24th July after receiving it for my birthday to be told it needed to be set up by 17th June. I am looking to complain formally as this was not made clear upon purchasing. Since purchased the quest 2 has reduced massively in price and we could by the larger memory quest and the two games for cheapest than what we paid. We feel robbed and find it awful that a company so huge does not have a proper complaint process. We are looking to go to the consumer ombudsman over this issue as it is appalling the situation we find ourselves in and think you should be making these things clear before people buy your products. I hope someone replies appropriately and looks to resolve this complaint.
