While I don't have more than 2 sensors myself, I've heard that if you put more than 2 sensors on the same USB 3.0 controller the bandwidth of data will be too high and overload the controller. If you've got all 4 sensors on the Inateck card that might be what's going on.

Is the hub powered by the PC or on its own power cord

Disconnect/Reconnect your headset while playing. Stutter will be gone (mine does and have 4 sensors).

I got my 4th sensor today, i have 2 x usb 3, 2 x usb 3.1 and 1 x usb c 3.1 . When i did the initial setup the bit where you have to hold the controller up to your eye level failed but i was able to skip and finish the setup.

I got massive hand stuttering, all i did to fix it was change the power management settings and reset the pc.

If may be an issue with the sensor or USB port/bandwidth. Run the sensor setup again and make sure there are no warnings or errors when it scans for sensors. It's possible you'll have to switch the USB port for one of the sensors or something else similar.

That's bull @cybereality pretty much everyone has this issue on four sensors and have to unplug or restart service prior to play but it then works for hours until you remove the HMD. I have a z170s mobo and the inatek card and spread my sensors properly and tried all configs and setups possible... literally 12 hours of trying it all.  I matter what it does the same thing. It is software and it needs a patch. The sensors are always healthy acccording to devices and the setup screen yet the issue is like clockwork, repeatable on demand, and fixable on demand via the workaround. At least acknowledge that Oculus is aware of this and not tell us to try more USB dickery.
