I already lost the count of how many times I received a malfunctioning replacement.
I have been with problems with replacements like this for months, it's not the first time and they still send my a refurbished faulty Quest 2 headset.
What can I do?
I was trying to contact with Amazon so I can get a new one but the prices just raised and I have to pay more for the same thing.
