Good day, I live in Canada and my bank account was repeatedly charged for purchases from Meta. I did not have a Mata account nor have I ever ordered anything from the Meta store. I have the order numbers but I am unable to find any support phone number to call to rectify the situation. Can someone please help me return the funds to my account and close out the fraudulent Meta account being used to purchase items using my information.
Like any fraudulent charges your first step would be to contact your bank.

I have and they refuse to help. I can't believe Meta has no support phone number to resolve this issue. Someone is using my identity to purchase equipment fraudulently, I need to speak to a human to close the account that was opened using my name.
