Hello, I just tried to set up my Rift CV-1 on my new gaming rig that my friend was using at home. My PC is a new mobo and chip, Huananzhi mobo with a GTX 1070. Everything is VR compatible, even BIOS settings towards that.
The cameras detect no issue. The headset, I have plugged it into the mobo and even tried plugging it into a powered USB 3.0 hub I got SPECIFICALLY for this. Meta Quest doesn't respond. A couple minutes after plugging it into USB, I get a Windows error saying there is a problem. Device Manager shows Error 43 (Port Reset Failed) for this device. There is no driver under details, and the Event Log for the USB shows an 0x2B error.
I'm a tech person but new to VR. This was working on the computer we removed it from, so not sure why my computer is being difficult. Not sure if there are other drivers or software I need installed first. I tried Quest Support TWICE and an not hopeful, as the first one never got back to me. Waiting for the second.
Thanks!

Update: Seems like the issue was the cable seating into the headset. I fixed that but now am on a loop of it trying to detect controllers.
