Friend dropped headset, slightly damaged screen (left)

There is a cluster of small half transparent dots that are more visible in lighter areas, not visible at all in darker areas.
Its not too annoying but is there anything at all I can do?
Its definitely not the lenses.

Sounds like dead pixels.  Not much you can do about it.  Raise a support ticket, but damage due to dropping isn't covered by the warranty.  They might be able to offer you a remanufactured HMD to replace it.   Or maybe you can make a claim on your contents insurance?

Yeah theres no pink/red dots, its just like theres small patches where the brightness got turned up a bit. I dont think im under warranty i got it off ebay
