Friend's list doesn't work.

Me and my friend organised to play together on VR and when I try to message him it tells me to go to migrate my account to Meta account, even though it is a Meta account. I had no trouble messaging him when I used Oculus AND Meta before hand. I can't message him on the mobile app either, it only shows me the options like "Up for VR?" Please help.

I need help. My oculus keep saying to ho to meta.com/setup in order for me to talk and play with friends. I already have a meta account so I'm not sure what I need to do.
