My friend started having this problem a few days ago when he booted up his oculus quest 3 after a vacation, and when he updated everything he found out that his left controller wouldn’t update. Everytime it tried to update it kept giving the notification that it was updating but never got over 0 percent. After a minute or so it would then say “Update failed” We have tried practically everything we can, pairing and unpairing, replacing batteries, even factory resetting the headset. Nothing seems to work and I’m out of ideas to give him. If anyone has a fix it would be an absolute miracle because I’m at the point where I have no idea where else to go.
