What to do if oculus quest 2 screen freezes in place? Restarting it doesnt work, and the boot menu only says “No command”

Try holding the power button down for about 20 seconds.

In order for us to further diagnose this issue, could you please attempt to factory reset your device and also uninstall the mobile app from your phone? You can perform a factory reset by following these steps:
Please keep in mind that factory resetting the device will wipe it completely clean, but you are able to turn on Cloud Backup by following the steps listed HERE. Once the factory reset has been completed, please go ahead and reinstall the mobile app to your phone and try pairing it all up again.
