I bought a new computer recently with an nvidia geforce rtx 5070 ti and gpu amd ryzen 7 9800x3d 8 core processor. Both are not supported with the meta quest as of this time. I was just wondering if this would be supported anytime soon. thanks

Same. I have atrocious performance on a 9800X3D CPU with a Nitro+ RX 9070 XT GPU and 64GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000 MHz RAM, even from a 9100 PRO gen5 M.2. What does it say when my laptop from 2018, with an I7-8750H CPU, GTX 1070 GPU (full-fat notebook; non-Max-Q), and 16 GB 2400 MHz of generic (Dell OEM) RAM, has better performance?
The advice I was given from Meta customer service, "...use another PC that has lower specs and within our range..." is absolutely unacceptable. I guess I won't be upgrading my Quest 2 with a Meta product anytime soon, and might reconsider the forthcoming updated Index or whatever is current with Vive.

@TKOtheKDR have you tried steamlink or virtual desktop to stream to your headset?

Steam link has microstutters every ~2-15 seconds when connected via a Meta-branded cable and constantly and erratically shakes when connected via air link. Changing the encoded bitrate does not resolve issues. I have purchased and downloaded Virtual Desktop, but haven't had the opportunity to test it out yet.
