GPU incompatibility issues

Honored Guest

Hey there, I have the same laptop, a gf63 thin with a gtx 1650ti card. I’ve had the laptop and the oculus’working together with little difficulty until my oculus updated two days ago. Now, I receive this message. Graphics card incompatible… but it was working the last two years…. This is annoying as I do not want to replace my guy for no reason other than meta decided to update

Hey there, @mikoyan29, thank you for providing your feedback on this. We want as many users as possible to be able to experience the power of playing on PCVR. We do have some information for you on this. We have a public post on supported graphics cards. 1650 ti (which is different from the 1650 and 1650 super) is not a supported card. So when changes and updates are made to the system, it's not a card taken into consideration when changes are made. While it's great that it had historically worked, as it is unsupported, it's not something we can guarantee will work, this includes when changes are made during updates. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
