Welcome to the Oculus community @ale.rumillamartinez. Unfortunately, the 1650 is not supported with Oculus Link, unless you meant a 1650S? The full Oculus Link compatibility support page can be found by clicking here.

Mine works perfectly fine with the GTX1060 Mobile in my acer gaming laptop.

Even if you can get it to work, something like F1 will be a nightmare. That's the definition of a game that needs a good frame rate, and I don't mean that from a "high frame rate purist" point of view, but it would be unplayable if it was running at the kind of FPS you'll end up at with that card. Not to mention the graphics won't be too kind on your card either
