GUI is being very buggy

I'm trying to use the Oculus client on my computer to play some games in VR (on my PC), and whenever I open up the client it comes up with the can't connect to Oculus service error, so I go ahead and follow the instructions on this support article:

How to resolve Runtime Service error for Oculus Rift. | Meta Store

and it works, I was able to go through the setup process again, and logged in, but then it started boot looping. (opening, loading for a bit, then closing very abruptly, and then re-opening and doing the same thing) Eventually, I was able to get into the GUI, but it said that Oculus wasn't supported on my hardware (in the info box), then after 5 seconds, it closed out and then re-opened again, and did the same thing about 5-ish times. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

We see you're having some PCVR troubles, @MilesTheVRBoy. We would be delighted to assist you in getting settled and, hopefully, connected to your computer. Because we see that your PC is reporting that the Quest isn't supported on your system, could you please send us your PC specs or visit this page to confirm that you meet the requirements for this feature?
