Galaxy S6 doesn't get updates for my apps on store

I've very strange and critical issue.
We have 2 apps published to Gear VR.
We have been updating them and everything was working.
Some time ago our users and clients reported that if they want to do fresh install app it is downloaded in version 1.0 VC1 or if they have app installed, no updates are coming. This is happening only on Galaxy S6. For Other phones everything works as expected.
We didn't change anything in Manifest or in app that would affect availability on S6. I'm running latest build on S6 without any problems. So i think this is a Oculus Store problem that it is not propagating update to S6.
And as you know, oculus support is not answering us and there is no phone number to call and ask for help.
