Gallery not showing up on App

On the Meta Horizon app, I wanted to download some videos of my gameplay, but when I looked for the gallery in the menu, it wasn’t there. It might have to do with my oculus not being linked to my app, but I was still able to send only photos in chats on the app, so IDK. Let me know if you have a solution for this please

Have you tried clicking through the options given above by @HeyKarnage to find the gallery? 

If so, and you can't see an option, are you able to pair the headset to see if it appears after?

I have an iPhone X, for another month. It worked before the latest update of the Meta Horizon App. I have been using the Gallery with a browser lately, but still wonder why they removed the gallery from the App.

Hey there, I checked my Horizon app and the Gallery is located under the "Device Management" menu of the Settings tab (the 3 lines to the top right of the profile menu). Are you saying yours just isn't there?

That is correct, it has not been listed since the most recent update. I have had to use a browser on my computer to access photos/videos from my Quest 2.

I am using a second account on the headset and can't pair it with the app. I think it's due to limited permissions of being a second account.

Really? My headset died so I got on to download the video and it was gone so I have to wait now for it to charge😭😭

That's very peculiar. Do you think you could provide a screenshot? Or anyone else in the thread here!

So you can still get your gallery on the mobile app....

This is for android so may be slightly different for iOS.

Go to the home screen on the app (see pic) and click the cast icon top left next to store....

Once you press that icon and it takes you to your device gallery is listed under the blue cast icon (see pic)

@Domdedomdomdom This is not how my app looks on my screen unfortunately. I have "App Library" and "Headset Settings"

But I do not have "Gallery" above it. Just the battery status and Cast button. 

Between them is a little "info link" to teach you how to maximise your battery life"..

I can see you have "Gallery" with "See all" button, and a box with what I assume was a photo..
That does not exist for me at all.
