My game libraries have completely disappeared on both the quest and in the desktop app. I am not able to install or play any of my games. When I browse to a game I own in the store it says I have already purchased the item, but I am not able to play it or access it. I installed sidequest on my pc and allowed debug mode along with virtual desktop just an hour ago, but other than that I haven't changed anything. The issue occurs in both the phone app and inside the quest itself. Any thoughts?
It seems that I can install new content, but all of my past purchases have disappeared. Seems to be an account wide problem as the issue also occurs on the PC app, in addition to in the quest and in the phone app.
Its weird, this morning when I woke up, everything was back working normally. I thought that I had somehow messed something up when I installed sidequest and virtual desktop. But it was clearly an account wide issue as my content had disappeared from the oculus app, desktop app and the quest.
Rift S, pc app I just updated Styx VR, and now most of my apps are missing from the library. Location shows 0 apps, although the folders are accessible and full. Tried changing default location, no help. was able to manually add an app, by drilling down to the game exe and added OK. Hope I don't have to add each app again, very tedious, and what if it disappears again, have to do it every day?
I'm on a Rift. My entire library just disappeared as well. I submitted a support ticket. I'm worried because if I login online and look at my purchase history, it only shows recent purchases. Titles I haven't used in a while are gone from my purchase history online.

Try the My Rift section rather than Purchase History--it should show all the Rift apps tied to your account. This seems to be some sort of server issue on Facebook's end--a lot of people have been reporting this issue recently, and for some it has resolved itself with no action on their part.
