Game Libraries have disappeard

My game libraries have completely disappeared on both the quest and in the desktop app. I am not able to install or play any of my games. When I browse to a game I own in the store it says I have already purchased the item, but I am not able to play it or access it. I installed sidequest on my pc and allowed debug mode along with virtual desktop just an hour ago, but other than that I haven't changed anything. The issue occurs in both the phone app and inside the quest itself. Any thoughts?

Yes, It has been solved in my account. Now I can access to all my purchases again and install them in the Quest

Amazing situation. Here, my games are always missing and no news from support. I don' t have any confiance in Oculus now, it's crazy we can't played at the game we bought cause they have problem on their servers and they pissed on  us cause they don't  do nothing.
If one day they answer me I just asked for get refund and leave

So we can't do nothing and just wait Oculus move his ass and hope they answer one day. How many times did you stay in this situation, me since 4 days (I bought my games two days before.....) and Oculus don't answer me yet....

I detected the situation 2 days ago (I didn't use my Quest in the last week), so I don't know how many days. It was the first time something like this happening in my accout. I sent them a ticket but I didn't receive any response, so probably it is a general problem and they are solving it step by step (several servers affected? We will not know ...)

The problem is solved but WAIT. In my case they replay about the solution and it worked for a few minutes. After that libraries disappered again.
I talk to support and they ask to send them a log. After that now the libraries are still working well. Hope this issue will be solved FOREVER!
