Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue now too. I just formatted my PC hoping to fix it and everything is still completely gone!!!?!!

Anyone report on this being fixed in the past or how? Sporadic issues in the PC store for weeks and no library like original post states the past 3 weeks.

Going into month 3 now of this same issue that started 12/2021. Still no library for PC returning and the App is royally bricked on mobile in a number of ways. The quest side is fixed after a few weeks but does require troubleshooting and hard reset/wifi on and off trick.
PSVR2 can't come quick enough. This has been a horrendous expirence with both customer service (or lack there of) and updates on this issue. I regret every purchase I ever made. You don't own your purchases and they can disappear with no answer or explanation for months if not indefinitely.
