Whenever I open this specific game called speedy monkeys v2 it crashes after the loading screen with the 3 dots. I switched to my quest 2 and downloaded and launched the game on there. same thing. Me and the owner suspect it may be an account issue but we don't know for sure. Somebody please Help
If it is just that game only, I would recommend connecting with the developer of that game.
When you have one app not working and the rest of your apps are working, there is the problem. It might be the app and the way it is running with an update to metaOS, but that is still an issue that needs to get sorted by the developer of the app.

Another possible problem here could be a bad save file. I had a similar issue with a game on Q3 which did run but I could not click any buttons in the settings menu. Uninstall and reinstall failed to fix as it just downloaded the bad save file off the cloud again. Installing it on the Q2 resulted in the same issure as it used the same cloud backup. In the end I uninstalled on both headsets and removed the save file off the cloud for both Q2 & Q3 and this fixed the issue. Its worth a shot doing this as you have nothing to lose if you are unable to open the game.
I did the owners my friend and turns out he had added an anti PCVR thing to stop modders but it deleted all new users accounts i was one of them
