Hello,
I bought 2 new games on my Meta 3 and started downloading another (Tripp, Crazy Kung Fu & Pavlov), If I tap "download" for all 3 it shows "queued" indefinitely. I am not able to download or play these games or ANY new games at all. I did not click on the "subscription for 9,99 €"-button for Tripp, since I did not knew it had subscription. Just as an additional info. I can not do this anymore. I dont want to,. Again, just additional info for troubleshooting. My discspace is not even close to being full! Must I now make a factory reset? And how can I get my games back, since on my Oculus-PC-App none of my games show up?
I am on vacation for 3 weeks now, so it should be possible for a support-person to respond in this time!?

Any way you all at Meta can post solutions publicly so users with the litany of repetitive issues with your devices that you can’t seem to fix can patch themselves?
