Anything like Messenger App or App Store takes lie five to ten minutes to even open. Can't download any games because they're all queued/prioritized. This is AFTER I factory reset the oculus to try and speed it up. Can someone help me? Maybe I need to forward some ports or something? All my Meta stuff in my household, including my Meta Quest app on my phone are ridiculously dial up speed slow. Or maybe I got a defective unit.
It's not even intermittently slow. It's 100% all the time slow.
Hey there, @T0asty! We definitely want for you to be able to use your apps without an unreasonable wait! We would be happy to take a look into this if you can reply here with more info for us. What specifically is being slow on the headset? Do you click on an app, and then wait and nothing at all happens for 5-10 minutes? Or does the app itself open, but it does not have any web-based content within for that timeframe? Have you tried using the headset on a different wifi network to see if the issues are happening there as well?
