My headset is having trouble connecting to some of my games.
For instance, “Onward” refuses to connect to any server. Once I get to the in-game home page where I’d select multiplayer, the home screen only show loading symbols for each option.
What really made this an issue was when I got to the server selection of “A Township Tale” the game said it had trouble verifying my account and to contact Oculus Support. Then I noticed that the representation of my left hand wasn’t where my controller was even when I moved it. If only appears in that game though.
I’ve tried shutting off and back on, restarting it, and having it shut all the way down and leaving it over night.
Looking for an Oculus Support number to call to walk me through how to get it back to working order if anyone here has answers.

Hello there! Thank you for letting the community know the experience you're having. I have seen others with this same issue and it seems to be a issue with Onward itself. However, I was wondering if other games are giving you the same error message?

There is the issue of “A Township Tale” being unable to verify my account a long with the mis-tracking for the left hand.

Ooh. I wish I could help more on this issue.. However, I really don't know Onward and can only recommend submitting a bug with the developer. If this is only with this game here.

Then who should I reach out about verifying my account with Oculus Support so I stop getting error messages from “A Township Tale”?

Are you talking about a Horizon/Meta account? Or a account when playing that game?

They didn’t say. I presume that they mean the Meta account as the instructions were to seek out Oculus Support.

Who is they? Can you provide a screenshot of these instructions? I just want to make sure I can help any way possible.

Ahh okay. I see the main post you made however, I don't see if you have uninstalled and install the app?
