My daughter and I both play an App Lab game called Monkey Realm and it utilizes in-app purchases for in-game currency called "banan."
Having played Gorilla Tag for over a year now I allowed her to purchase some (and I did on my account, too).
The game glitched and removed secondary funds from my bank account - ( higher tiered prices for the in-game currencies ) in addition to the smaller ones we actually bought. One charge was for 19.99 and one was for 29.99.
Meta support says they can't refund and to contact the developer. The developer says they can't refund and only Meta can. See the issue?!?!?!
DONT TRUST YOUR CC INFO WITH META BECAUSE IF THEY GLITCH CHARGE YOU NOBODY WILL TAKE THE BLAME
