Game loads in gorilla tag but I can't move. Can anyone help

When we log into gorilla tag it loads. I'm in the cave but it won't do anything. I can't move at all. My daughter and I are new to this game. We have a quest 3. Gorilla tag is her favorite game to play on here. I need help figuring this out for her. Please
