Game not installing or is really slow installing

Is anyone else having a game install at a very slow speed or a game not installing at all because I've been trying to install bone lab for 2 days then my power went out and now it's not installing at all

Hey there, ttt_mac! We see you're having an issue getting that download to work. We don't like it when our users have issues like this. Not to worry, we have a few helpful tips you can try to get it downloaded!

• Check your internet connection also possibly resetting the connection.
• Move the device closer to the router.
• Reboot the headset.

That is just BS cut and paste.  The problem isn’t with everyone’s internet speed.  The speeds are fine.  The equipment you sold us isn’t.  Take responsibility and give a real answer.  If you screwed up at least admit it 

Heya @Buckaroo.bonzai.69. We totally understand your sentiment with your headset not downloading games at the speed of your liking. Luckily we have some of troubleshooting steps that should resolve this. 

 

First we'll like for you to enable Cloud Backup. 

 

  1. Put on your headset, then hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
  2. Select  Settings.
  3. Select System, then select Backup.
  4. Select the toggle next to Cloud Backup to turn Cloud Backup on.

After that, please follow these steps to do a factory reset. 

 

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Now if you're still having issues after doing that, please create a ticket on our support website. Our support team will have better resources to go through this and see what else could be causing it.
