Game saying it hasn’t been bought

So I just bought the Quest 3 and I added on Job Simulator into the cart to try it out first. Well I got the device and set it up, when I went through the app to find my game, it was showing me that I didn’t buy it when I in fact did. I can’t find any redemption code in my emails or box that the device came in.

where did you look for the game? In your library?

It is not preinstalled on the headset, you have to do that yourself.

Look in the store for it, it should say "install" or "get".

If it say "purchase" although you already bought it, open a suppot ticket.
