I won my first playoff game and now it won’t let me go any farther

Still nothing

I’m ready to delete the game and try to reinstall it, but then I’d have to purchase it again. This is starting to become a pain in the you know what I need some help.

Howdy @Dandolph! We definitely understand your frustrations and are happy to work with you in order to get this issue sorted out. We also understand your concerns about having to re-purchase your game if it is uninstalled; however, your purchases are tied to your account and not your headset which would allow you to uninstall and not have to purchase the game again. We'd recommend uninstalling and re-installing the app to see if this clears up the problem. Please let us know if this works out for you. We will be standing by just in case further assistance is needed!
