Hello. I have Meta 2 VR. Wifi is connected and working actively. But I get an error saying there is no internet in online games. Can you help me with a solution? Thanks.

Couple things that we would like to start with are the following:
Reboot the headset.
Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (such as headset covers, etc.)
Try connecting to a different network

I tried all the methods you mentioned. It didn't work. The wifi network is connected. But I can't play online games. I also reset the headset to factory settings. The problem persists.

Try restarting your router, or check Meta 2’s network settings.
