Since I put my headset on yesterday, none of my apps / games will complete their download. I noticed it when I went to download Asgard's Wrath 2 on my Quest 3. I haven't changed a thing from a couple of days ago when everything was working fine. After trying Asgard's multiple times, I tried other apps that had updates pending and none of those would complete their downloads either. Just for reference, I am on update V60, Quest 3 512GB model and before I resorted to trying a factory reset today, I had around 230GB free space, I now have all of the 512GB free pretty much.
I have tried multiple Wi-Fi connections, I have rebooted my router, my headset, factory reset....uninstalled the Quest mobile app and re-installed etc etc.... Absolutely nothing will fix the issue. On Asgard's wrath, every single time I try to download it, it gets to between 500 to 600MB and then cancels itself. Smaller apps and games do it at various points and nothing will install for me.
The V60 update must have happened a day or so ago when the headset wasn't being used and I don't know if this is what has caused the issue but after searching all night and this morning, it appears that a few people are having the exact same issue. Please fix this, I currently have a very expensive paperweight and a vast and rather expensive Quest library that I now can't access.
I don't understand how all of us are experiencing this at the exact same time if it's hardware related......surely they have to know that this is software.
I really would rather avoid RMA if because it might not fix anything.
My wife and I have the same issue on each if our Quest 3s.
I think this is a server issue rather than a new update issue. I think it's everyone trying to download Asgards Wrath 2 and it's bogging down the Meta game servers. I hope it gets sorted soon as I can't download any other games right now.
