Games not showing up in Library or in Meta Quest Link store

Okay, so I've been really wanted to get a camera mod for Gorilla Tag so that I can record videos, but when I went into the Meta Quest Link app it wasn't in my library, there weren't any games in the library. I did some research and it said that I need to buy the game from the PC, but here's the problem, I can't buy the game from the Quest Link store. It's just not there. 

Something that might be causing this is that I own Gorilla Tag on Steam, but I want to be able to have my cosmetics from the Quest 2 and if I run it through steam I don't have any cosmetics.
