So, I downloaded an early testing version of a game. At first, it showed up as an app on my home screen, but now, I have to go into my "downloads" section. The game has had multiple updates but I can't access the update option in the game.
Early testing versions of games are not the actual store game.
You will either need to be sent the new updated versions, be gifted the full game if released, or buy the game if released.
The dev will need to send your the newest released channel version in order for you to update. You will probably need to change the channel manually as well.
I know just enough about tech to look like I know what I'm doing.
