Games not working with controllers

So I pulled out my meta quest 2 headset today and tried playing a game. When I loaded in it was not tracking my controllers. But my controllers were working in the home-screen.I tried restarting my game and everything but it did not work. This is happen with every game and I don’t know what to do. It’s also doing it with hand tracking. It works in the home-screen but not the game. If anyone can help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it.

Not yet. I've been searching the Internet for a fix but I have come across more people having the same problem, so looks like it needs a update.

I was going try a factory reset but my son doesn't want to lose any data.

Same issue, started behaving like this on Saturday.  Was ok for awhile Sunday but has stopped again

Same issue today with v72 I even didn't expected.

And the problem is also with hand tracking.

same here - worked yesterday AM using Supernatural after V72 update on Saturday afternoon but not today (Monday, eastern time zone)

I have just been onto meta support and they said the usual restart headset, re pair controllers. I told them it must be a software bug and that there are a many of us with the same issue and now has been transferred to a concerned team to prioritise the issue.

We are having the same problem with ours as well. Tracking is good on Home Screen but nothing in game.
