Games on quest 3 installed but they are not loading

Multiple games have been downloaded and installed but will not load such as Blades and Sorcery , Stride, Population 1. We have uninstaller and reinstalled several times. This is very disappointing. Need a fix. This is happening on our brand new meta quest 3 512gb. Considering returning it

Ok. To explain my question:  I had those Problems too and thought I uninstalled the games- but they were installed on another account on the quest, so I had to uninstall them on all accounts to get them really uninstalled. I also deleted Appdata on all accounts before uninstalling the Apps.

Hey there, @paulfreak! Running into an issue when starting VR gaming can be dampening and not something we want to see so we can checking to this together to get you started into VR Gaming. Thanks @TonyMakkaroni for the additional step that can assist. So that we can look into this further we would need some additional details:

  • Are the games being played through the headset or using PCVR?
  • Is there an error when launching the games?
  • The games were installed from the Meta Quest App or another application?
  • Are there any other games that have been able to launch properly?
  • Within the Home Environment are there any errors encountered?

This is mainly happening with blades and sorcery on meta quest 3 headset. It says loading but when it gets to 100% it freezes there
