I've experienced the same issue with two different games, both from Oculus Store. I get the "Sorry game is taking too much time to load blabla problem persist check your PC" message but I can hear the in game sound. On my PC display I can notice the game is running without issues. In "Aces High" game it doesn't show anything on my computer, but I can hear the sound of the game and a tutorial video at startup. In this case I can't play it since even if I wait 5 minutes nothing appears.
In "Bullet Train", I can hear the game has started and a tutorial guy talking, after a few seconds I receive video on my headset and everything works perfect.
