my son is reporting issues with his VR. Could anyone recommend the best way forward to help resolve all or any of the below scenarios please
The problems with my oculus
•when I go to press on a game to play on my oculus it will crash and take me to a place where I can’t get any menu up I am forced to restart my oculus then I have to uninstall the game and reinstall it this has been happening for 7 days and keeps happening
•also another problem when I get into a game if I do anything like go into the menu it will kick me out send me back to that part where I have to restart my oculus to get the menu to work the uninstall and install the game back. Many thanks
Is your son on the secondary account of the headset? Because V74 is terrible buggy for additional accounts and cause the issues you are describing. Look:
