I just recently got my quest 2, and when I tried to buy a game it said “request not completed. We noticed something unusual and, for your security this request couldn’t be completed.” I know there’s nothing wrong with my card, because I use it for purchases all the time, but I haven’t been able to buy any games or products from the meta store. If anyone knows why I’m having this problem, help would be greatly appreciated.

At times, we have gamers who might have restrictions that have been made on their account. Would you be able to confirm that your currency matches the currency of the game you're purchasing? The reason for this question is because sometimes your purchase will not go through if there happens to be a mix up with the currency not matching that of where you reside.

Hi so im experience the same issue as this guy and i was wondering if someone could help me bc i tried buying an game dlc and its says something about security? idk.
