My old RiftS was faulty and I was given a sales invoice for another one after sending it in.
I received the sales invoice for a refurbished model almost two weeks ago and still haven't had one even begin being shipped to me. Every time I contact support all I get is "Thank you for your patience, there's nothing we can do, check back in 3-5 days"
Has anyone had this problem? How long did your replacements take to ship? Is it possible to just pay extra and have a new one shipped now rather being stuck perpetually waiting for a refurbished model to come around? Is there anything I can do about this?
