Getting an answer on disabled account appeal

Hi. Hoping to get some info as to how I can find out whether the appeal of my disabled FB account has been accepted or denied. Account was disabled 6/1/25 and filed the appeal immediately. It said most decisions happen within just over a day, but it has now been a week. All I get when I try to access FB either on my phone or laptop is the same screen that I got after filing the appeal. The initial disabling also did not specify what community standards were violated and I can't imagine what it is I did but I don't even know what the alleged violation is! At any rate, I'd like my account back, obvi, but also just need to know how to determine whether the Meta gods have ruled yet. Thank you.

Please give me some kind of answer! I just received a Facebook email that says this:

But literally this is all I get when I click on the "appeal" button, and it is the only page I get:

I literally CANNOT do anything else at the moment. Please make it actually possible for me to take whatever additional steps you did not make available before.
