I purchased a gift card from Amazon, received the meta quest code, and went directly to redeem it at https://store.meta.com/redeem-code
I got the error "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can". I have to redeem it every day for the last week but still get the same message. Amazon has no support on this issue, Who do I contact to get my $50 credit to my account??

You're definitely going to the right website to redeem your card. Have you tried redeeming it while using a different device? We would suggest trying that if possible, and we would also suggest trying to redeem when connected to a different network.

Since I live in Italy as an American, I used the vpn to redeem it and it worked

Same dude, its total bs. when i redeem a code, it says "Error Performing Query." When I attend to redeem it on my VR, it says "Error Query " I don't know how to fix it. I messaged My AI on Snapchat. It said to Uninstall and Reinstall the Meta Horizon for the fix of the error. And it also says that it's just a error lag and you should wait for a while. Next it says to check your internet, use a different Payment Method, Or you have insufficient funds for the redeem. Which I really don't get because you don't need any funds to redeem it. You can redeem it for free. 0$.

I’ve been trying to redeem a card and get the same message been back and forth with emails and get the same generic response, so frustrated £100 down and been running in circles with support for 3 weeks, now feeling like I’ve been robbed
