Hello again, I wanted to try clearing the cache, but out of curiosity I went into VRChat and how strange the error disappeared, I can play again. I don’t know, maybe this error will appear later, if anything happens I’ll write here again

Hey there, @d956009 Thanks for reaching out to us on this. We know VRChat is fun to play and we'd love to get you back in as quickly as possible. We do have some questions for you on this.

  • Are you having any challenges with any other apps/games or is it just VR Chat?

Let us know and we'll see what options we can offer for this.

Hello, there are no problems in other games and applications, Gorilla Teg and YouTube VR work fine.

Also, additionally, I contacted VRChat support and they gave me this answer:

"Thanks for reaching out! We understand that you're receiving a "DSAT" error message related to an Oculus / Meta platform error. This error message is not directly related to VRChat, but rather due to an error happening between your Headset and Meta Account.

Based on our research, here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try:

Perform a full restart of your router / modem

If you have access to VRChat on a PC, try launching VRChat through the Oculus PC app. If you're successfully able to do so, sign out and then try launching it on your Quest

If none of the steps above work, Meta appears to recommend a Factory Reset in these situations

If you continue to experience issues even after trying these steps, please contact Meta Support to explore any further troubleshooting options."

Thanks for the additional information, @d956009! Next, we'd like you to try these steps in the following order:

  1. Log out of, and uninstall the Meta Quest mobile app.
  2. Restart your phone and router.
  3. While they are restarting, reboot your headset:
    • With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power Off screen.
    • Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.
  4. Reinstall the Meta Quest mobile app and log in.
