Getting an oculus error on VRChat

"Hi all, I am getting this error on VRChat on my quest 2. I have tried on Wi-Fi and on hotspot but switching did not help. I also rebooted the headset. Any help?"

1. Uninstall VRChat app
2. Restart the headset
3. Reinstall the VRChat app

yes, I tried, but unfortunately all the methods did not help, VRChat either worked before applying the actions, or even after the actions VRChat did not work

Before completing a factory reset, lets make sure cloud back up is enabled. This will save most progress and data from your games and apps. Keep in mind that while Cloud Backup is available to all Meta Quest developers, it's up to developers to decide whether to enable this feature for their app and what data is backed up. After confirming that cloud backup is on, click here and follow the steps provided to perform a factory reset. Please provide an update once you have complete these steps!
