I see this is a common issue. I have the oculus go and attempted to set up again but during the health and safety screen on my iPhone it doesn’t load the videos. I’ve seen the resolution is to download an older version of the app but I have an iPhone and can’t do that. Any help? I’ve already factory reset the headset and the app. Still no luck
@EdgyFlamingo4950 You'll need to borrow an android phone or android tablet for a short while to get the headset set up with an older version of the app. Unfortunately there's no other way round the problem.
