Today I noticed some sluggishness on the right controller stick and on further inspection it seemed the inside of the stick was completely cracked.
Quest 2 set was purchased dec '21 so is still within the 2 year warranty.
When looking on the Meta webpage I can do a device lookup to see if it's still in warranty. When inputting the right controllers Serial number it says: "Your product is eligible for replacement.", followed with: "We weren't able to confirm that this product is associated with your account". The page then prevents me from going further and request a repair or replacement.
How do I proceed from here? How do I signup my controller for repair/replacement ?
Any help or advice is appreciated,

Thanks for the reply and link.
I managed to get in touch with a MetaStore's support through a livechat. They were very helpfull and are arranging a replacement for me now.
For anyone running into the same problem I did, it seems the Live Chat option is not given/displayed when you browse the troubleshooter to the controllers or accesoires. Only under the headset itself did it eventually give me an option to contact support directly.
