Getting waiting on processing to begin when uploading our new build through cli.

I've cancelled job, updated after deleting temp ovr folder, restarted PC, and made several attempts for the upload with no progress.

• What app are you having issues uploading to the pc?
• Why are you trying to delete temp folders?

It's for our app lab. It looks like it's typically a system issue on Oculus side from past posts and it's resolved now. I was deleting the temp folder to update the cli to verify I was on latest version for uploads. You can't just update the cli if it exists in you appdata temp.
