So I bought $200 worth of meta quest gift cards, they were $50 each. and I redeemed 2 and got it but after I tried redeeming the other $50 it said You can add additional Quest cash to your Meta Horizon Store balance later. Contact customer service for additional support.
perhaps you first have to make some use of the money you've already in your wallet, before you can add more?
According to the ToS, there may be a limit to the amount of Quest cash you can have.
We may impose limits on the amount of Quest cash that may be contained in your Account and on the amounts you are able to purchase for yourself or to gift to another user. You may not request Quest cash from people you do not know. Except as set forth in these Terms, Quest cash balances do not expire; however, Quest cash balances may become subject to unclaimed property laws if unused for a certain period of time, in which case, Meta may be required to deduct funds from your Quest cash balance and submit the equivalent amount to the appropriate governing body as required by law.
