I ordered a meta gift card throught the official site on 3/13, got an email stating my order was placed and an email would be sent within 1 hour with the code. It is now 3/16, 3 days later and still no code emailed. I have already gone through the live chat help through the site and have been told that it can take up to 5 days to process an electronic gift card code! The website says it will be able to be redeemed instantly and no where does it mention a possible 5 day wait. This is definetly something that meta needs to address and that's why I am making this post. I chose to order it through meta as it should have been the fastest delivery method getting it through the actual company. Ordering it through any other site has never taken more than 45 min to recieve. Either add a disclaimer to the store page that it could take up to 5 days, or fix your code email generation program to actually send the codes out instantly.
I usually use Amazon for that ....takes 5-10 minutes🙂
