I got a gift card and went directly to redeem it at https://secure.oculus.com/redeem-code/. I have got message "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." Who do I contact to get my gift credit to my account?

I have got a gift card from USA. I had to use VPN and USA location to redeem it.
