Well this problem has been for months since i got my gift card on Christmas I've been trying to redeem the gift card every month and it says invalid and I'm tires i just got tired and quit playing whit my oculus bc i was soo mad and its a 50 dollar gift card and my sister has the same problem and she quit too and ive gone to google search in that time that my problem started lots of pepole had the same problem and YALL said you were gonna fix it welp here we are 7/11/2024 and still the problem precist and people say that support wont do sh** soo i feel really sorry for my brother that SPENT 100 FRICKING DOLLARS JUST TO WASTE IT ALL IDK iff its the country but i live in PR and I'm TIRED i have the dam gift card just laying around CUZ I CANT USE IT WHY DO YALL HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHY ROBLOX DOESENT HAVE THAT PROBLEM JUST YALL AND THEY CANT REFUND THE GIFT CARDS AT THE DAM WALMART I DONT EVEN SEE META QUEST gift cards IN THE DAM STORE ANYMORE BC NOBODY BUYS THEM BC ITS THE SAME DAM PROBLEM OVER AND OVER I HAVE JUST QUIT META AND I JUST PLAY PLAYSTATION BC I CANT PLAY NO MORE YALL GET THE MONEY MY BROTHER PUT ON THOSE DAM GIFT CARDS AND WE GET NOTHING I KNOW YALL WONT DO A DAM JUST SAY CONTACT SUPPORT THE SAME THINGS YALL SAY I DONT SAY PROFANITY JUST INCASE YALL DELETE THIS FORM JUST FIX THE DAM PROBLEM NOW I KNOW WHY THE OCULUS APP HAS A RATING OF 3.5 I THINK OR 3.0 BC YALL TERRIBLE SUPPORT TERRIBLE.
